FAQ

📌 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

🛍️ Orders & Products

What kind of shirts do you use?
We use Bella+Canvas 3001 tees—soft, breathable, and made for everyday wear. Most designs are printed using DTF (Direct to Film) technology for vibrant color and long-lasting quality.

How does DTF printing feel?
DTF prints may feel slightly firm at first, but they soften up after the first couple of washes. The color stays sharp without cracking or peeling like vinyl.

Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes—our tees have a modern unisex fit. They’re true to size, but on the slimmer side. If you’re in between sizes or like a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. A size chart is included on every product page.

What about embroidered items?
Some of our hats and specialty items feature embroidery instead of printed designs. These are stitched with care and offer a clean, premium finish built to last.

Do you offer backpacks or hats?
Yep! We carry water-resistant backpacks with all-over sublimated prints and hidden compartments, plus low-profile caps made from quality cotton twill or blends. Fit, features, and fabric details are listed on each product page.

What is cut & sew sublimation?
For select pieces (like certain tees and backpacks), we use cut & sew sublimation. That means the design is printed directly onto the fabric before it's sewn, creating a fully custom look with edge-to-edge color. These items are hand-sewn by Printful’s expert team and may have slight variations that make each piece unique.

Do you offer different shirt colors or styles?
We keep things focused on quality basics, but you’ll occasionally see multiple color or fabric options on select drops. Keep an eye on the product pages for those variants.
